Welcome to Thistlecroft...

At Thistlecroft we have a small select herd of Alpine Dairy Goats.  Our goal is to raise goats that are genetically sound in structure and production that are also healthy and happy living here at Thistlecroft.

We test each year for CAE, Johnnes, CL each year we have tested negative on all three. Our kids are raised on pasteurized milk and lots of love and attention. Our herd participates in the DHIR, and Linear Appraisal programs offered by ADGA. and enter a few ADGA sanctioned shows each summer.

This is the 1st year we were able to participate in the WDGA "Share-A-Kid" Program. Martini's daughter Chartini is now a member of Sarah Groskreutz's family. I was a joy to see the two-Sarah & Chartini meet- it was love at first site. She showed her at the Badger State Show in Portage where she and Chartini got 1st place in the Senior kid class. Sarah's Letter convinced me that Chartini has a wonderful home in Redgranite, WI.
